Front Office: As the face of our resort, our Front Desk agents are responsible for welcoming and checking in/out all owners and guests. With a warm smile and exceptional service, they ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience, handle mail and guest messages, and address any special requests or concerns throughout guests' stays.
Bell Services: Our bell staff serves as the welcoming committee, greeting guests with a smile and assisting with their personal belongings. From escorting guests to their rooms to offering directions and delivering special packages, they provide attentive service with a personal touch, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
CDS: Our CDS/Telephone Operators keep our communications running smoothly, both within the resort and with the outside world. As the first point of contact for callers, they provide friendly assistance and handle incoming and outgoing calls with efficiency and professionalism. In emergency situations, they are the first to respond, ensuring prompt assistance and support.
