Responsibilities:

Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of our LAS RAMBLAS RESTAURANT operations, from maintaining high standards of service to ensuring guest satisfaction. Upholding rigorous safety protocols is paramount, as is your commitment to excellence in execution. You'll work closely with kitchen, bar, and front house teams to keep quality high and operations smooth. • Oversee set-up and inventory.
• Coordinate Theme Nights and improvements.
• Approve service requisitions.
• Facilitate information flow.
• Enforce SOPs and rules.
• Resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise daily operations.
• Handle service quality and complaints.
• Manage shifts and staff performance.
• Control costs and generate reports.
• Promote brand and community engagement.
