We are seeking an energetic and attentive cocktail server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will help create memorable beverage experiences for guests by providing friendly, efficient service and expert knowledge of cocktails and beverage pairings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations based on preferences and daily specials.

• Prepare and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and presentation standards.

• Take and accurately process beverage orders, enter items into the POS, and ensure timely delivery to guests.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, glassware, and garnishes; communicate specials and promotions.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns; escalate issues to management when appropriate.

• Carry trays, bus tables, clear glassware, and keep service areas clean and stocked during shifts.

• Follow alcohol service policies and verify guest age in accordance with local laws and resort standards.

• Handle payments, close checks, and balance transactions accurately at the end of shift.

• Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen, and other F&B colleagues to ensure smooth service during peak periods and special events.

• Participate in team briefings, training, and development activities to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Knowledgeable in cocktails, beverage service, and basic mixology techniques.

• Proficient in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Papiamento are a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recommend and upsell appropriately.

• Comfortable handling POS systems and cash/credit transactions accurately.

• Ability to stand, carry trays, and move quickly for extended periods during shifts.

• Team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive work environment.

Education & Experience

• Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a server or cocktail service role preferred.

• Formal bartending or mixology training is an asset but not required.
