As a server, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll work closely with the F&B team and other departments to deliver memorable dining experiences. You'll be responsible for knowing all menu items, including specials, and their preparation. 

Your day will involve welcoming and providing memorable experience for our guests, making personalized recommendations, and promoting daily specials. You'll take and process orders accurately, serve food and cocktails according to our high standards, and handle payments efficiently. 

Qualifications:

• Customer-focused 
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
• Collaborative team member
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage
• Proficient in service etiquette

Education/Experience:

• Minimum high school diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Must have gained satisfactory experience in a similar position.
