Responsibilities:

Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of our Beverage outlets to ensure high quality and exceptional service standards. You'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff, conducting performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback. 

Foster a positive work environment and teamwork while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and addressing customer complaints promptly. Develop and implement customer service training programs, collaborate with the F&B Manager to create appealing and cost-effective beverage specials, and stay abreast of beverage trends. 

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and implement beverage safety programs. Promote sustainable practices by using locally sourced and eco-friendly products. Additionally, utilize technology to streamline operations and stay updated on industry advancements.
