We're excited to Celebrate YOU and your commitment to precision and excellence in hospitality! As our Human Resources Agent, you will assist with general administration in the Human Resources office. It is very important to act in a confidential capacity with regard to associates’ relations, labor relations and other management administrative

Responsibilities:
In this essential role, you’ll lead and enhance our accounting processes while ensuring all financial activities align with our standards. You’ll:
- Vacation Management: Handle leave management under the supervision of the HR Manager.
- Star Program Administration: Manage The Star Program and database, assist with star coupon changes.
- Invoice Processing: Scan and file invoices in the HR checkbook, submit promptly to accounting.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, administer inventory control, and keep the team informed.
- File Maintenance: Maintain associate files and records (both Payroll Pro and physical files).
- Bulletin Board Coordination: Keep HR bulletin boards attractive and updated; update electronic bulletin boards (PADS) in the cafeteria and associate entrance.
- Nametag and Locker Distribution: Distribute nametags and manage locker assignments.
- Schedule Preparation: Prepare HR/GM schedules and send to Heads of Departments (HODs).
- Meeting Participation: Participate in HR/GM associates meetings and take minutes.
- Newsletter Assistance: Assist with the HR Newsletter (From the Desk of HR).
- Calendar Oversight: Oversee the weekly calendar and prepare the daily RAPSHEET in the absence of the Executive Assistant.
- Training Support: Confirm attendance, prepare, and set up for all training sessions.
- Activities Calendar: Prepare and constantly update the annual activities calendar.
- Labor Law Knowledge: Be familiar with labor laws.
- Special Projects: Handle special projects as defined by the HR Director and HR Manager.
Qualifications:
- Must have good working relations and open lines of communication with colleagues and associates.
• Must be a good communicator, flexible, helpful, professional, and friendly without being familiar.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must have computer skills (All Microsoft Office programs).
• Must be fluent in the following languages: English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento.
Education/Experience:
- Must have a minimum of Associates Degree
