Position Summary

As an Engineering Associate: Mictor, you will play a key role in maintaining the resort’s rooms, public areas, and technical systems to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.

• Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies, equipment failures, and guest concerns.

• Maintain accurate logs, reports, inspections, tools, and safety procedures.

• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with hotel standards.

• Support energy conservation initiatives and sustainability efforts.

• Work collaboratively with team members while contributing to continuous improvement within the department.

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times.

Education & Experience

• EPB/EPI or equivalent technical education

• Previous experience in engineering, maintenance, or hospitality operations is preferred

• Technical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general maintenance is an advantage
