We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Owners Services Agent to join our Owners Services team at La Cabana Beach Resort and Casino!
About the Role
As an Owners Services Agent, you will be the point of contact for owners and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience at our Owners Services desk. You’ll handle reservation requests, manage incoming correspondence, and support a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service at the Owners Services desk
- Handle incoming correspondence professionally
- Manage reservation requests accurately
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Education: HAVO or higher
- Languages: Proficiency in Dutch, English, and Spanish (read and write)
- Skills: Excellent computer skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Personality: Positive, pleasant, outgoing, and a “YES-I-CAN” attitude
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
- Other: Problem solver, innovator, and willing to embrace change
