Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement L&D initiatives aligned with organizational goals and budget.
• Maintain relationships with external training vendors.
• Collaborate with the HR Director/Manager to create the annual training budget and master plan, based on performance appraisals and other criteria.
• Oversee mid-trial and trial period evaluations, exit interviews, and special projects as assigned by HR leadership.
• Manage pension administration and leave management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources.
• Multilingual: Dutch, English, Spanish, and Papiamento (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
