La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to support our Housekeeping Department within the Rooms Division. This role is responsible for overseeing laundry operations, supervising the housemen team, managing linen rooms, and coordinating housekeeping special projects to ensure high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations, equipment performance, and monthly linen inventory

• Supervise and train the housemen team

• Maintain organized linen rooms and storerooms with proper stock levels

• Coordinate deep cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and PPE standards

• Support inventory control in collaboration with Accounting and Receiving

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping and laundry operations

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs

• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures
