La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino is currently seeking a Storeroom Attendant to support the Engineering Department. This position is responsible for the efficient control, organization, and administration of engineering supplies, materials, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate records, including paperwork, purchase orders, manufacturer data, specifications, and operating and spare parts manuals.

• Control and keep an up-to-date inventory of engineering supplies and parts, ensuring proper stocking and organization of storeroom shelves.

• Prepare purchase requests for materials and services and process related payments.

• Work closely with the Purchasing Department to follow up on back orders and items ordered from abroad.

• Log all requests accurately in the checkbook and Grand PM system.

• Ensure monthly inventory counts requested by Accounting are completed on time.

Requirements

• Education: MAVO level or equivalent.

• Experience: Prior experience in a storeroom or inventory-related role is required.

• Languages:

  • Papiamento – required

  • English – reading and writing

  • Dutch and Spanish are considered an asset

• Ability to work accurately, stay organized, and collaborate effectively with internal departments.
