Position Summary

La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 0 Defect Engineering Associate to join our Engineering Department. If you are passionate about maintenance excellence, teamwork, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for guest rooms and hotel equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing systems safely and efficiently.

• Complete work orders, inspections, logbooks, and reports accurately and on time.

• Ensure maintenance work supports guest satisfaction, safety, and hotel operating standards.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding tools, materials, and maintenance needs.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• EPB/EPI or equivalent technical education.

• Experience in maintenance or engineering preferred.

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing systems.

• English required.

• Papiamento required.

• Spanish and Dutch are considered an asset.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
