Position Summary

La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino is looking for a skilled AC Technician to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the efficient operation of air-conditioning, refrigeration, and related systems across the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on air-conditioning, refrigeration, and related systems.

• Inspect, monitor, and maintain components such as thermostats, compressors, electrical wiring, ductwork, filters, condensers, and drainage systems.

• Complete assigned work orders, maintenance projects, and documentation accurately and on time.

• Support operational needs across shifts as required.

• Follow company safety, environmental, and operational standards, including sustainability practices.

Requirements

• Technical education (MAVO/EPI or equivalent preferred.

• Experience in air-conditioning, refrigeration, or related technical field.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair techniques.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Language skills: Papiamento required; English and/or Spanish is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
