What You'll Do

As an intern, you will support daily operations within your assigned department while gaining practical experience in hospitality, customer service, administration, and resort operations. Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily activities and operational needs of the assigned department.

• Provide professional and friendly service to guests, associates, and business partners.

• Complete assigned tasks and projects accurately and on time.

• Assist with administrative duties, documentation, data entry, and recordkeeping as needed.

• Follow departmental procedures, resort policies, and health and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

• Participate in training, team meetings, and learning opportunities.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments.

• Ask questions, seek feedback, and apply new knowledge and skills.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a high school, college, university, vocational, or hospitality program, or recently graduated.

• Interest in hospitality, tourism, business, culinary arts, accounting, human resources, marketing, or a related field.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

• Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn departmental systems.

• Flexible availability based on the requirements of the internship and assigned department.

• English proficiency required; Spanish, Papiamento, and Dutch are an asset.
