What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of bartenders and beverage professionals.

• Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.

• Conduct performance evaluations and support career growth opportunities.

• Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment.

Beverage Operations

• Oversee all bar and beverage operations across the resort.

• Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and service excellence.

• Develop, update, and enhance beverage menus and offerings.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative concepts and promotions.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Guest Experience

• Create memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations.

• Respond professionally to guest feedback and service opportunities.

• Continuously seek ways to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Financial & Business Management

• Manage inventory, purchasing, and beverage cost controls.

• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

• Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategies.

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Cost Control, and Food & Beverage leadership teams.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within beverage, restaurant, hotel, or resort operations.

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field preferred.

• Strong knowledge of beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.

• A proactive, service-focused leader who leads by example.
