On March 11th, 2025, we celebrated Women's Day with a special event featuring an inspiring guest speaker,Ms. Tisa LaSorte. We were honored to welcome the first Aruban female CEO & President of the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association - AHATA , who shared her remarkable journey and significant contributions to the tourism industry.Her story of perseverance, leadership, and success provided valuable insights into her personal and professional journey, from humble beginnings to her current position of leadership. She also discussed the challenges she faced as a woman and the achievements she accomplished along the way.In addition to her personal story, she touched on the current state and future prospects of the tourism industry in Aruba, offering our audience a deeper understanding of the sector's impact on our community.The event was moderated by Assistant General Manager, Jessica Franken , who facilitated an engaging and insightful discussion.We were inspired and motivated by Ms. Tisa Lasorte, a local and successful woman in the industry.
