We celebrated our leaders of the first quarter at Bodegas Papiamento, a distillery in the heart of Aruba housed in a historic ice factory.
The leaders enjoyed and explored the island’s vibrant culture through Bodegas Papiamento's farm-to-bar approach, blending five distinct Caribbean rums for a memorable tasting experience.
It was a celebration of three important leaders who have shown passion and dedication in their areas: Karelis Charris, Front Office Manager; Walter Kelly, Guest Care Manager; and Sandra Gacusan Campos, Virtual HR Generalist. Each of them has unique strengths and has significantly contributed to the success of La Cabana and their team.

The winner was Sandra Gacusan Campos, our first fully remote team member, who has proven that distance and location are no barriers to leadership and contribution.
