Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will assist the Front Office Management in efficient operations and serve as a role model. Oversee daily Front Office operations, including Front Desk, CDS/PBX, and Bell Services, in the absence of their supervisors.
You will represent the Resort to guests, working varied schedules. Know all Front Desk, Guest Service, and CDS/PBX tasks. Cover for the Assistant F.O. Manager and handle delegated tasks. Prepare schedules, assist with payroll, conduct meetings, ensure audit compliance, train new hires, manage back-office tasks, verify bookings, and follow safety procedures. Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be flexible, professional, and friendly
- Knows how to maintaining composure under pressure.
- Should have a thorough understanding of guest services
- Should have administrative skills.
- Must have supervisory and leadership qualities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional language skills is a plus.
- Must be computer literate,
- Knowledgeable about the hospitality industry.
- Capable of handling cash.
- Assertive, compassionate, and able to motivate their team while fostering a positive work environment.
Education/Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years as a Front Desk Agent/Cashier and 1 year as a senior agent.
- Should possess at least a Mavo education, higher education, or a degree from EPI Hospitality Unit.
- Certification in Supervisory Skill Builder from the Educational Institute or an equivalent qualification is necessary.
- Candidates with higher professional education and no supervisory experience may also be considered.
